Van Vleck Elementary School has scheduled registration for all new students and all children eligible to attend pre-kindergarten and kindergarten for the 2017-2018 school year.
Registration will be held from 9:00AM - 11 :OOAM & 1:00 PM -3:00 PM beginning August 7th. Parent/Guardian must register the student.
For ALL programs, parents will need to bring a certified copy of the child's birth certificate (hospital certificates not accepted), Social Security card, immunization record and proof of residency. Proof of residency documents are: current electric, water or gas bill in parent/guardian's name showing physical address; rental or lease agreement showing physical address. Please check with your child's physician or the Texas Health Department to be sure your child's immunizations are complete and current. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE REGISTERED IF ANY OF THESE DOCUMENTS ARE MISSING.
The parent registering the student is required to show their driver's license.
Pre-Kindergarten - 4 year-old program requirements:
Students enrolling in pre-kindergarten must be four years of age on or before September I, 2017.
The Pre-Kindergarten (4 Yr.-Old) program is a HALF day program (Morning Session: 8AM - 11 AM) Afternoon Session: (12PM-3PM) TRANSPORTATION IS NOT PROVIDED FOR THIS PROGRAM.
To be eligible for enrollment in the pre-kindergarten class, a child must reside in the Van Vleck school district, be unable to speak and comprehend the English language or come from a family whose income is. at or below the subsistence level.
A copy of the parent's July paystubs are required.(bring with you)
