Electronic Tickets Info for Home Varsity Football Games

Van Vleck ISD and Hometown Ticketing have teamed up to make purchasing tickets for our Leopard Home Varsity Football Games easier. Once you purchase your ticket(s), you can either print your ticket or have it on your smartphone. Info is below.

Home Band Area: \r\n

\r\n
  • Home Band Area for the Mighty Leopard Band will be by south end zone on track.\r\n
  • Tickets can be printed or electronic\r\n
  • Contactless Scanning\r\n
  • Student Participants: 4 tickets will be reserved for each football player, marching band member, and cheerleader to ensure their families have an opportunity to attend. On Monday at 9:00 am-Wednesday 8:59 am prior to the contest, student participants will have an opportunity to purchase 1-4 tickets each (will have a unique purchasing game code). On Wednesday at 9:00 am, the remaining unpurchased tickets will be moved into General Admission availability.\r\n
  • Patrons: From Wednesday at 9:00 am thru Friday at 11:00 pm  prior to the contest, patrons can purchase all remaining available tickets on a first come first served basis via Home General Admission (limit of 1-4 tickets per transaction). \r\n
  • Passes: 14AAA (Div. II) District Passes will be accepted for only Home varsity football games, but must purchase online on Monday at 9:00 am-Wednesday 8:59 am. We do plan to continue to honor these passes at volleyball and sub-varsity football games.\r\n
  • Golden Age Passes: Senior Citizen Golden Passes for Varsity Football Games this year will be allowed only at home games, but must use online purchasing platform to get the electronic ticket. We do plan to continue to honor these passes at volleyball and sub-varsity football games. Must come in to admin building to get your special code, and please bring your ID.\r\n
  • Ticket Entry:  Home ticket purchasers will only be allowed to enter through the Home Ticket Gate.\r\n
  • The visiting school will be offered tickets minus their marching band capacity. Visiting superintendents will be responsible for providing ticketing preferences no later than 10 days prior to the contest. Visitor’s General Admission tickets will be released at 9:00 am on the Monday morning prior to the event and can be purchased on a first come first served basis (limit of 1-4 tickets per transaction).\r\n
  • Only District passes (30 passes = 60 seats) will be accepted due to COVID restrictions.\r\n
  • Ticket Entry:  Visitor ticket purchasers will only be allowed to enter through the Visitor Ticket Gate.\r\n

Home Fans Area: Capacity is at 50% restrictions\r\n

Gate Workers: Will use IPAD/Smartphones to scan QR Codes. Do not scan tickets with a personal QR reader in advance (e.g. from a smartphone), as it will inactivate the ticket.

Based on current projections, ticketing for other Fall sporting events will be managed using the following format.\r\n

  • Determine capacity limit for seating\r\n
  • Tickets will be General Admission only and sold at gate.\r\n
  • If the seating limit is reached, gate workers and security will close occupancy until more capacity can be made available\r\n
  • Junior High Volleyball games will be held at OHHMS Gym and HS Practice Gym
  • HS Competition Gym – Home (234) & Visitors (226)
  • HS Practice Gym – Home (168) & Visitors (84)
  • OHHMS Gym – Home (96) & Visitors (48)

Notice: Executive Order GA-29, regarding face coverings, applies to all UIL activities during the 2020-2021 school year. As the public health situation changes, and/or if subsequent Executive Orders are issued by Governor Greg Abbott, these guidelines may be further modified. Social Distancing is in effect and the responsibility of the patron.\r\n
