VVISD Parents & Families,
Van Vleck ISD was deeply saddened to learn today of the death of one of our students, and extend our heartfelt sympathy to the student’s family.
We realize how difficult this may be for some of our students and staff. Our VVISD counselors, along with neighboring schools' counselors have already been talking with students this afternoon. Our School District will also have counseling services available tomorrow to those in our school learning community who are impacted by or are struggling with the loss of a classmate and friend.
Please also feel free to contact the Counselor’s Office at Van Vleck High School if your student is in need of emotional support. Please know at no time were our students and staff in any danger. Again, we send our sympathy and prayers to this student’s family and friends.
