Entering Procedures\r\n

\r\n

Pursuant to Gov. Abbot’s Order, all Parents/Guardians and Students are required to wear a face covering while in the building. We also ask that all visitors maintain social distancing while on campus. \r\n

\r\n

All parents/guardians and students will enter the building through the front entrance of the school.\r\n

\r\n

Please be advised that we will be following the below checklist before entering the building:\r\n

\r\n
  1. Please have your face covering on at all times. \r\n
  2. Fill out the Covid-19 Screening Form QR Code prior to entering the building, please have a phone or mobile device that will allow you to scan a QR Code. https://forms.gle/oxdqdYjbVsptDfE59\r\n
  3. Temperature will be checked prior to entering the building.\r\n
  4. After completing the Screening Form and temp check, you will be allowed to enter the building.\r\n
  5. All visitors will be screened through the metal detector. \r\n
  6. Once you have made it in the building you will be allowed to go to your students’ classrooms.\r\n

We are excited to have you all visit the school and see the hard work your student has been completing. \r\n

** Reminder- Monday, October 26, 2020 is reserved for 6th grade only, and Tuesday, October 27, 2020 is reserved for 7th and 8th grade. **
